Billing Issues

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone.

Common questions

Is HeardCheck free?

Yes! The free plan includes 1 KDS station, up to 5 staff, 50 inventory items, and 3 prep templates. Premium unlocks everything for $39.99/month and covers your entire restaurant — no per-seat fees.

Do my employees need to pay?

No. When a manager upgrades to Premium, every employee at that restaurant gets full access automatically. One subscription, whole team.

What devices does it work on?

HeardCheck is currently available on iPhone and iPad running iOS 17 or later. An Android version is in development.

Can I use it on a kitchen iPad as a KDS?

Absolutely. Mount an iPad on the line, log in, and the KDS tab becomes your ticket screen. The interface is designed for quick bumps with greasy hands.

How do I add my team?

When you create a restaurant, you get a 6-character join code. Share it with your staff and they can join from the app's login screen. You can assign roles (cook, server, manager, etc.) after they join.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel through your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Your premium features stay active until the end of your billing period.
