Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your HeardCheck account using the form below or directly from the app (Settings > Delete Account).
⚠ This action is permanent.
Deleting your account will permanently remove all of your data, including your profile, restaurant data, menu items, prep lists, inventory records, schedules, messages, and order history. This cannot be undone.
Before You Delete
- Cancel your subscription first. Go to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > HeardCheck to cancel. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription.
- If you are the restaurant owner, deleting your account will remove the restaurant and affect all staff members connected to it.
- Export any data you need through the app's Export Reports feature before deleting.
