👤 Account Issues

Having trouble logging in, resetting your PIN, or verifying your email? Contact us at support@heardcheck.com with your registered email and we'll help you get back in.

💳 Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel or change your plan, go to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > HeardCheck. For billing questions, contact Apple Support.

👥 Restaurant Setup

To invite staff to your restaurant, share your restaurant code from the Dashboard. New team members can join using the code during registration.

🔔 Push Notifications

Not receiving order or schedule notifications? Make sure notifications are enabled in your device's Settings > HeardCheck > Notifications. Also check that you're logged in and your account is verified.
